The Planner role at Spawn is all about leading customer fluency. This position ensures we know our clients’ current and potential customers inside-out. The Planner uses a variety of tools including conducting primary research, sourcing relevant secondary research, analyzing sales data, and creating journey maps, etc. to write insight briefs for the agency team (account, creative and media). 3-5 years planning experience required.
As part of the account service department, your focus will range anywhere from client meetings, managing projects, routing creative and much, much more. Here, everyone wears multiple hats, meaning that each one of us has several different roles in the organization; from the initial sealing of the deal with a client, to the delivery of the final product. A Media Buyer/Planner successfully balances critical and big picture thinking while being comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You and the account supervisor will work with account planning strategists and project management teams to create effective plans for clients.
